How it all started
After receiving less than desirable customer service, less than perfect performance, and costly invoices I wanted to give Central Texas a better option. I started this journey by opening an air conditioning and heating repair company in 2010. It is our belief we can offer friendly, professional service at an affordable price. We believe continuing education is vital in offering our customers top rate service. We stay up to date on new equipment, new technology, and laws that may affect our customers and our environment. Owner, Gabe Case
Gabe Case is the owner of Cool Nation.
Mr. Case has over 20 years of experience in business, property management, real estate, but most importantly on home HVAC System and all major household appliances.
Mr. Case has extensive experience on both sides of management and maintenance.
Mr. Case is a resident of the beautiful city we serve, Copperas Cove, TX. He is still very involved in the day to day of the business by going to service calls or installs to make sure our customers are getting top notch service. If you need a quote for a new system Mr. Case personally comes out to ensure we quote only what you need to keep you cool during these extremely hot Texas summers and warm during the winter times as well.
Office Manager, Melissa
Melissa is the office manager at Cool Nation Heating and Air.
She joined the team in June of 2025.
We are excited to have her on the team as comes to us from a very strong background in many areas but most recently was an area manager for an Urgent Care group.
She is a military brat who has called Copperas Cove for many years. She is a graduate of Copperas Cove High School, Go Dawgs!
She is very passionate about customer service and loves being involved in the community.
In 2024 she participated in the Walk to End Domestic Violence event that was put on by our friends at the Killeen Police Department.
Melissa occasionally goes on calls with the guys to learn more about HVAC and meet our wonderful customers, but that does not stop her from answering all our calls.
